Investing in women and identifying the woeful under representation of female investors, has become a real passion and focus area of mine over the last 18 months. Not to mention the determination I have to help fellow female founders get funded, as women typically only receive 2% of venture capital funding and that was pre-pandemic! So when I was asked to appear on the #InvestInHer podcast to speak exclusively about my new research and my own personal journey as a female founder, I jumped at the opportunity.
